Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Products

createlogo.online provides digital products, specifically AI-generated graphics and vector files. Due to the nature of digital content, which is consumed instantly upon generation or download, all sales are final and non-refundable, except as expressly stated in this policy.

2. Why We Don't Offer General Refunds

Our Service utilizes expensive high-performance AI computing resources (Gemini Ultra/Imagen) to generate your logos in real-time. Each generation incurs direct costs for our platform. Furthermore, once a high-resolution file (SVG or PNG) is downloaded, it cannot be "returned."

By clicking "Generate" or "Purchase," you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content is provided to you.

3. "No Satisfaction" Returns

We do not offer refunds based on personal preference or "dissatisfaction" with the AI-generated results. Our Service provides a free preview and editing tools precisely so you can evaluate the result before making a final purchase. Please ensure you are happy with the preview before proceeding to checkout.

4. Technical Errors and Exceptions

We only consider refund requests in the following specific circumstances:

  • System Failure: You were charged but did not receive access to the generation service or the resulting files due to a verified technical error on our side.
  • Duplicate Charges: You were accidentally charged twice for the same single purchase.

Note: Issues with your local internet connection, device compatibility, or "not knowing how to open an SVG file" do not qualify for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under Section 4, please email us at support@createlogo.online within 7 days of the purchase. Your email must include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The Transaction ID (from Stripe or your receipt).
  • A detailed description of the technical issue encountered.

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method (Stripe) within 5-10 business days.

6. Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. Fraudulent chargebacks (claiming you didn't receive a product that was successfully delivered) will result in immediate and permanent termination of your account and access to all previously generated logos.
